These Terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with us. By placing an order you confirm you have read and accept them. Please read section 3 (fulfilment), section 4 (delivery) and section 8 (liability) in particular - they describe how this store actually operates.
1. Who we are and eligibility
This store is operated by My Store 3. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to order. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.
2. Products, prices and pricing errors
Prices are shown in USD for United States customers and EUR for European customers, and may change without notice. Product photography is illustrative: colours, dimensions and packaging may vary slightly between production runs, screens render colour differently, and measurements are approximate.
We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and discontinue any product at any time. If a price or product description is published in error, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel any order placed at the erroneous price, even after the order is confirmed. Where we cancel, we refund you in full and promptly.
3. Third-party fulfilment - how this store works
We do not hold our own inventory. Orders are fulfilled by independent third-party manufacturers and fulfillment partners, and may ship from facilities in the United States, the European Union or Asia. Product availability depends on those partners and can change without notice. Items in a single order may be dispatched separately, from different facilities, and arrive at different times, at no additional cost to you.
We select and vet our partners, and we remain your point of contact and the party responsible to you for the order. We are not, however, responsible for a supplier's internal processes beyond delivering what you ordered in the condition described.
4. Delivery times and your right to a refund for delay
Delivery windows stated on this site are given in good faith but are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs inspection, weather, industrial action or peak-season congestion.
That said, we commit to the following, which reflects our obligations under the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435) for US orders and equivalent EU consumer law:
- We will ship within the delivery window stated at the point of sale, or within 30 days of receiving your properly completed order if no window was stated.
- If we cannot, we will notify you before that deadline, give you a revised date or tell you we cannot give one, and offer you the choice to consent to the delay or cancel for a full refund.
- If you cancel, or if we cannot give a definite revised date and you do not affirmatively consent, we refund you in full without you having to ask.
5. Customs, duties and import taxes
We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to the United States and the European Union. Applicable duties, import VAT and customs handling fees are included in the price you pay and we act as importer of record or arrange for one. You should not be billed on delivery; if you are, send us the invoice and we will reimburse you.
6. Cancellations, returns and withdrawal
You may cancel free of charge within 24 hours of ordering, before the order reaches our supplier. After that, our Refund and Return Policy applies and forms part of these Terms.
EU and UK customers: you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. We extend this to 30 days voluntarily. Nothing in these Terms limits that right or the statutory 2-year guarantee of conformity.
US customers: our 30-day money-back guarantee applies as set out in the Refund Policy.
7. Product use, safety and no medical claims
Our products are pet accessories. They are not veterinary or medical devices, and nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease in animals. Consult a licensed veterinarian about your animal's health.
Supervise your pet when using any toy or feeder, follow the included instructions, check items regularly, and replace anything that becomes worn, cracked or damaged. Toys with small or detachable parts can present a choking hazard to determined chewers.
8. Warranties and limitation of liability
Electronic items carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, administered by us. Beyond that warranty and any rights you have under mandatory consumer law, products are supplied as described, and we disclaim other warranties to the fullest extent the law allows.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded - including your mandatory rights as a consumer in the EU, UK or your US state.
9. Discount codes
Discount codes are subject to the conditions published with them, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn or amended at any time. Only one discount applies per order unless we state otherwise.
10. Payment disputes and chargebacks
If something is wrong with your order, contact us first and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it - we will refund, replace or reship. Please do not open a chargeback before contacting us; where a dispute is raised on an order that was delivered as described, or after a refund has already been issued, we will provide the card issuer with tracking, delivery and correspondence records, and we may decline future orders from that account.
11. Prohibited use and refusal of orders
You may not use this site unlawfully, transmit malicious code, scrape or harvest data, or interfere with its security. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including bulk or reseller orders, orders flagged by fraud screening, and orders with mismatched billing and shipping details.
12. Intellectual property
Text, images, logos and layout on this site are our property or used with permission and may not be reproduced commercially without written consent.
13. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms; the version posted here with the date above is the version in force, and the version in force when you ordered governs that order. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
