What to include
- Order question: your order number, and what you need — an address change, a cancellation, an update on tracking.
- Something arrived wrong or damaged: your order number plus photos or a short video of the problem. In almost every case we settle it on the photos and you keep the liner.
- Not sure it will fit: your car's make, model and year, and the width of the boot floor at its widest point if you have a tape measure handy. We will tell you straight whether the 180 × 103 cm liner works for it — including when it does not.
Before you open a dispute
If something has gone wrong, please write to us first. We would much rather refund or replace than have you chase your bank, and we resolve almost every case within a day.
