Shipping and delivery
What does delivery cost?
Nothing. Shipping is free across Europe, with no minimum order and no thresholds to reach.
How long will my order take?
Processing takes 1-3 business days, then delivery is 7-14 business days across Europe. Those are honest ranges rather than optimistic marketing figures. If your order is going to miss the window we quoted, we email you before the deadline with a revised date and the option to cancel for a full refund.
Which countries do you deliver to?
The European Union, plus the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland.
Will I have to pay customs or import VAT?
No. We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — import VAT and any duties are already included in the price you paid. You will not be asked for money on delivery. If a carrier ever bills you anyway, send us the invoice and we will reimburse you in full.
My tracking has not updated in a week. Is my parcel lost?
Almost certainly not. Parcels routinely go quiet for 5-10 days between the export scan and the first import scan in your country. That silence is normal transit. Contact us if there has been no movement at all for 12 business days and we will chase the carrier for you.
Ordering and payment
Can I order more than one liner?
Yes. Set the quantity on the product page before you press Buy, and they travel together in one parcel.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, free of charge, within 24 hours of ordering — email us with your order number. Address changes are possible until the parcel ships; after that the carrier controls it and we cannot redirect it.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments run through Shopify's PCI-compliant, SSL-encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.
The liner itself
Will it fit my boot?
The liner is 180 × 103 cm laid flat, with the extra length folding up the side walls and over the seat backs. Measure your boot floor at its widest point and from the tailgate to the rear seats. It suits most estates, hatchbacks and SUVs. If your boot floor is wider than 103 cm, email us before ordering and we will tell you straight whether it works.
Can I use it on the rear seats instead?
No. This is a cargo-area liner, shaped for a flat boot floor with raised walls. It is not cut to sit across the rear bench.
Will it fit a large dog?
Yes. 180 cm across the boot floor is enough for a labrador or a shepherd to stretch out, or for two medium dogs.
Is it really waterproof?
The face is 600D Oxford polyester over a sealed backing. Rain, wet fur, mud and accidents stay on the surface instead of soaking into your carpet. It is water-resistant rather than a sealed tank — standing liquid should still be wiped up.
Does it protect against scratches and hair?
That is most of the point. The liner covers the boot floor, carries up the side walls and folds over the seat backs and rear bumper, so claws, hair and wet paws meet fabric rather than trim or paint.
Will it slide around?
The underside is non-slip and it fixes with adjustable straps and anchors. Tighten it properly on the first fit and it stays put — which also gives your dog a stable surface instead of something that rucks up under their feet.
How long does it take to fit?
About a minute. Lay it out, fold the walls up, loop the straps, push the anchors into place. Taking it out is faster, so the boot is a boot again when you need it.
How do I clean it?
Day to day, a damp cloth. For a full clean, lift it out and machine wash cold, then hang to dry. No tumble dryer.
Is it a restraint?
No. The liner protects your boot and gives your dog a stable, comfortable surface. For travel safety we recommend a boot guard or a crash-tested crate alongside it.
Why does the colour look slightly different from the photo?
Screens vary, and materials can shift slightly between production runs. Measurements are approximate. If what arrives is not what you ordered, that is a wrong-item claim and we will fix it.
Returns, refunds and problems
What if it arrives damaged, defective or wrong?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with photos or a short video showing the problem. We will send a free replacement or refund you in full — and in almost every case you will not need to ship anything back.
I changed my mind. Can I return it?
Yes. You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods, no reason required — and we extend that to 30 days. The liner must be unused and in its original packaging, and you cover return shipping.
How long do refunds take?
Within 14 days of us receiving the liner back or your proof of return, as the law requires — usually sooner.
My tracking says delivered but nothing arrived.
Check with your household and neighbours and give it 48 hours. If it still has not appeared, email us your order number. If the parcel is genuinely lost, we send a replacement free of charge or refund you in full.
